sorry i doodled out the first one as a dumb expression practice and then things got wildly out of hand (feat. obligatory waiting for godot joke). anyways i havent played aa4 yet so i know this is definitely like wildly continuity breaking but I DONT CARE 💥💥💥💥💥💥 this is my new vision. ive got much more extensive thoughts on this but since this is already getting pretty long for an art caption if you want to know just send me an ask or something. anyways yeah the ideal ending for godot is for him to go live in kurain with pearl and maya i think 😎👍

in general i would say that “it’s not fun if they’re totally unrecognisable” is my fandom thesis. like the point of fanfic etc is putting your favourite little guys in situations. where’s the appeal if they’ve been through so many fanon spin cycles that they’re barely even your guys anymore

lonelyroommp3

loads of people are reblogging this like “this is why i don’t like AUs” and honestly this is not an anti AU post by any stretch of the imagination. if you think “alternate universe fic” = “completely unrecognisable characters” then love and light but you need to read some better AUs!! putting your little guys in a completely different setting or time period or making them baristas or racing drivers or pop stars or whatever doesn’t inherently render them unrecognisable and in fact the APPEAL of a well done AU fic is seeing how your favourite guys deal with a completely different set of circumstances. support your local wacky AU today x

oh my god metaphor of crowley as a trans man going from being seen as angelic (woman) to being seen as evil (man) for a perceived fall from grace (transitioning) for questioning the system (gender) and rejecting heaven (womanhood) despite not really fitting in in hell either (manhood) and aziraphale loving him but also wanting him to become an angel again (go back to womanhood or at least be a “nonman”) and rejecting him when he refuses (excluding trans men from trans spaces for refusing to maintain proximity to womanhood) so he just ends up alone and angsty in his car with nowhere to go.

spacelazarwolf

i originally wrote this not as a “crowley is a trans man” post but a “wow this character’s arc parallels how a lot of ppl see trans men” post but i’ve actually decided that fuck u crowley is a trans man. i will not be elaborating. new headcanon created.

i think any being that is technically genderless but actively chooses to be percieved as a man (at least most of the time) is automatically a trans man tbh
